Returns & Refund
We offer a Money-Back Guarantee within 30 days after purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your item, simply email us, and we will send you a return label.
If the return is due to the consumer's reasons, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition, as returns due to consumer reasons will only be accepted if the product has not been used and remains in a condition suitable for resale. If the product has been used or its condition affects its ability to be resold, it will not be eligible for return.
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping fee.
If the item was damaged or defective, you can contact us for a refund without needing to return the item. This policy aligns with our commitment to sustainability, as every return has a carbon footprint. Instead of returning the item, you may choose to keep it or donate it.
If your package is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Please note: For customized products, we do not accept returns and refunds as well as exchanges (including but not limited to dislikes and dissatisfaction due to consumer reasons). If the goods received are damaged due to our reasons, please contact our customer support team at support@calllovely.com and we will be happy to assist you accordingly.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until 1 hours of having placed them. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our tracking.
